    All STL Cameras include the following:

  • Two CCDs:  Imaging CCD and built-in TC-237H CCD with 657 x 495 pixels at 7.4u for self-guiding 
  • Two-stage TE cooler with water circulation capability for cooling of both the imaging and guiding CCDs to -40° C below ambient
  • Remote Head Port for optional external guide head
  • Built-in 5-position, 50mm, filter wheel.   Also accepts 48mm threaded filters.  Compatible with Nikon lens adapter (see options).
  • Built-in 12VDC power supply for operation in the field direct from a battery
